Shipping policy

 

TecAfrica Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a return for any product confirmed to be Dead on Arrival (DOA). Such returns may be facilitated either by issuing a return shipping label via The Courier Guy or Dawn Wing Couriers, or by reimbursing reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be less any applicable return shipping costs incurred by TecAfrica Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
