The DJI R Multi-Camera Control Cable (USB Type-C) is designed to connect compatible cameras with a USB Type-C interface to the USB Type-C camera control port on the DJI RS 2 and RSC 2 gimbals. This enables camera control directly from the gimbal, allowing operators to start and stop recording and access supported camera functions without touching the camera. It also connects the DJI Ronin Focus Motor to the gimbal, providing both power and communication through a single cable.
