The semi-servo intelligent paper cup machine adopts a table layout, isolating the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are under the table and the molds are on the table. This layout is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, longitudinal axis transmission structure, barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism and gear transmission to ensure the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical components, PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feeding are used to control the operation.

Main Features:
● Multi-model modules. Use simple window prompts for guidance and select the model to set.
● Flexible parameter settings. You can back up, restore or restore the parameters to the factory. You can also modify the parameters manually in detail.
● Flexible encoder origin setting and automatic direction setting as well as fault self-checking. The hardware installation of the encoder does not need to consider the position, just set the software.
● Automatically configure the parking space, and quickly lower it in less than one circle. After configuration, the machine will automatically calculate the inertia distance of the machine, and the position after deceleration will be at least one step faster.
● The key station sensor signal of the system is automatically calculated and identified. The molding failure can be encountered by simply operating the start button. The system automatically tracks the signal according to the sensor, so that the mold stops quickly in the middle of the two heaters.
● The stop cup is automatically removed. After the machine stops abnormally, the system automatically removes the heater and the bracket position because the heater is burned out and the adhesive is not strong.
● Intelligent temperature control of the heating system. Through PLC PID control of temperature, users only need to select paper manufacturer, weight, single/double PE, the system will automatically set the corresponding target temperature, and the speed of the machine will change when the target temperature is automatically adjusted. Users can also customize the target temperature control.
● (Optional) Visual system defect detection. Automatically identify paper cup shape, internal, bottom defects, and automatically remove them. Unique algorithm, light gray stain recognition is accurate and stable. One-click quick setting of parameters, and each parameter can also be modified in detail. The system supports internal network monitoring output reports.
● Hardware monitoring system. PLC output points, relays, contactors, PLC and touch screen, PLC and computer, PLC has an extended line real-time monitoring function, and the abnormal alarm in the touch screen prompts the cause of the fault. Detailed hardware and software fault information, users can easily troubleshoot according to the prompts.
